2. What data is processed when you visit the website

The Beauty Trip website does not contain contact forms, user accounts, online payment or registration. We do not ask you to enter personal data directly on the website.

During a regular website visit, technical data required for website operation and security may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, browser and device type, pages visited and server log data.

As of the date of this policy, we do not use website contact forms, user accounts, online payment, marketing cookies or advertising pixels. If such tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are used.

The website may load external fonts and media resources. When such services are requested, their providers may receive technical data such as IP address and browser information. We do not use this information to identify website visitors on our own.

3. What data is processed when you contact us voluntarily

If you write to us via Telegram, Instagram or another messenger, you voluntarily provide the data needed to respond to your request, prepare a consultation and arrange a trip. This may include:

  • your name, messenger username and contact details;
  • messages, questions, preferences and comments;
  • photos, videos or other materials you choose to send;
  • information about age, health, desired procedure, contraindications, previous surgery or treatment;
  • travel-related information required for dates, departure city, booking, transfer, hotel and support arrangements.

If you do not want to provide certain information, please do not send it in the conversation. Without some data, we may be unable to prepare an accurate consultation or arrange medical support.

4. Photos and health-related information

Health data, face and body photos, information about planned procedures and consultation outcomes are sensitive information. We process such data only when you provide it voluntarily for a consultation, clinic or doctor selection, or medical travel arrangements.

We do not publish your photos, surgical history, reviews or before-and-after results without separate consent. If consent was given, you may withdraw it by contacting us via Telegram.

5. Why we process data and on what basis

We may process data for the following purposes:

  • to respond to your request and provide an initial consultation;
  • to select a clinic, surgeon, procedure and support route;
  • to share necessary materials with medical specialists for preliminary assessment;
  • to arrange travel, transfers, accommodation, interpretation and recovery support;
  • to communicate with you before, during and after the trip;
  • to maintain website security, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the situation, the legal bases may include your voluntary request and consent, taking steps before entering into arrangements with you, performing agreed services, legitimate interests in communication and security, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Where processing concerns health data, photos or other sensitive information, we rely on the fact that you voluntarily provide such materials for a specific consultation or travel arrangement. You may choose not to send this data or request its deletion unless continued retention is required by law or to protect legitimate interests.

6. Who data may be shared with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary for consultation, travel arrangements and support:

  • clinics, doctors, medical consultants and coordinators;
  • interpreters, support coordinators, transfer and hotel partners;
  • IT providers, hosting providers, communication services and messengers used for correspondence;
  • public authorities or other parties where required by law.

Third-party platforms such as Telegram and Instagram process data under their own privacy policies. We do not control their technical infrastructure.

7. International data transfers

Beauty Trip works with clients from different countries and with partners in Thailand, China and other jurisdictions. Therefore, data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

We aim to transfer only the minimum data necessary and to use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. If your procedure requires sharing medical information with a foreign clinic or doctor, that transfer is part of preparing the consultation and trip.

8. How long data is retained

We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was received. The usual retention periods are:

  • website server logs — usually up to 12 months, unless longer retention is required for security or incident investigation;
  • consultation correspondence where no trip takes place — up to 12 months after the last message, unless you ask us to delete the data earlier;
  • client data where a trip is arranged — up to 5 years after support is completed, unless a longer period is required by law, accounting rules, medical, insurance or claims-related matters;
  • medical photos, videos and documents that are no longer needed for consultation or support — deleted or anonymised upon request, unless retention is required to evidence services provided or protect legitimate interests;
  • materials published with your separate consent — until consent is withdrawn or the publication is removed.

If the exact retention period cannot be determined in advance, we assess it based on the purpose of processing, the nature of the data, legal requirements and the need to protect legitimate interests.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • know what data about you is processed;
  • receive a copy of your data;
  • correct inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • withdraw consent to processing or publication of materials;
  • object to processing where provided by law;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us via Telegram @Beauty_Trippro. We may ask you to confirm that the request is being made by you.

10. Minors

Beauty Trip services are not intended for independent use by persons under 18. If a consultation or trip concerns a minor, communication and data sharing must be handled by a parent or legal representative, or with their involvement where required by applicable law.

11. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you solely by automated means. We also do not use website data for advertising profiling of visitors.

12. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure. Access to sensitive information is limited to those participants who need it for consultation, travel arrangements or support.

However, data transmission via the internet and messengers cannot be absolutely secure. Please do not send information that you are not ready to share through the chosen communication channel.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the website, communication channels, partners, legal requirements or our services change. The current version is always available on this page.
