Do you really take on everything? What should I do myself?
Almost nothing. Your task is to buy a ticket and write to us. We will organize a consultation with surgeons, select a clinic, book a hotel, meet you at the airport, provide an interpreter, food and rehabilitation supervision after returning home.
Is it possible to go alone, unaccompanied by loved ones?
Yes. Most of our clients travel independently. This is exactly why we exist: your coordinator is always close by, so you are not left alone.
Do you help with visa and document processing?
Yes. We help you understand visa questions and prepare travel documents, explaining what needs to be arranged and how.
What's included in the price? Will I have to pay anything extra?
The package includes surgery and the surgeons’ work, 1–2 days in the clinic, hotel accommodation, a medical interpreter, transfers, recovery meals, a SIM card and 24/7 coordinator support. You only pay for your flight separately.
How long does recovery take?
After surgery, you stay at the clinic for 1–2 days, then move to the hotel. The minimum stay depends on the procedure and is discussed individually at the case-review stage. After you return home, we continue remote recovery monitoring.
